Office Clerk

Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the intermountain west. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of OFFICE CLERK for the North Region Feed Division located in Lewiston, Utah. RESPONSIBILITIES: A passion for customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced office environment is essential. Duties include: Data entry for product orders, invoicing, reporting, and various bookkeeping functions, serving as a receptionist in person and on the phone, handling of cash transactions and insuring security of cash. Occasional Saturday work is required. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Experience with animal agriculture is desirable. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects on any given day. Proficiency and accuracy with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn company software applications. Basic math skills used in price calculations, measurement conversions and percentages. Highly dependable team player willing to embrace the vision and mission of Intermountain Farmers Association and work and communicate well with co-workers and supervisors. Valid drivers license.
