Job Title: Office Support Clerk (Temporary Project)Location: Rochester, NYSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDuration: Approximately 1 Month ContractPay: 17.50/hrOur client is seeking temporary Office Support Clerks to assist with a high-volume quarterly mailing project. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble quarterly client statement packages according to assigned client numbersPrepare packages for distribution, ensuring accuracy and completenessWork with documents such as tax notices, employee W-2 and 1099 forms, and other reportsOperate office equipment including mail meters, shipping systems, PCs, and label printersEnsure packages are prepared and processed according to production and quality timelinesMaintain an organized work area while handling confidential documentsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to follow detailed instructions and work with accuracyComfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production-style office environmentBasic computer and office equipment skills preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents
