A reputable 15-employeePlaintiff’s law firm in the River Oaks area is seeking an experienced OfficeCoordinator to support day-to-day firm operations. This role works closely withthe Firm Director and plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothlyacross administrative, accounting, HR, and event functions. Position SummaryThe Office Coordinator willserve as the operational backbone of the firm, providing hands-onadministrative support while assisting with accounting processes, humanresources coordination, scheduling, office projects, and firm events. This roleis ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a professionalservices environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Firm Director with daily operational and administrative needs
  • Assist with basic accounting functions including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Provide HR support such as onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and benefits assistance
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for firm leadership
  • Coordinate firm events, meetings, and internal initiatives
  • Run business-related errands and support office logistics
  • Maintain organized office systems, files, and records
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors
Qualifications &Experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a law firm environment. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail
