Day: 8 hours

Job Description

Assist the clinical or service-line director in achieving annual goals by supporting day to day operations including quality improvement, accreditation, licensure, and regulatory requirements. In addition to administrative support duties, is responsible for billing services and/or coordinating business development activities to help division/service meet net revenue goals.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Associates' degree in health care or business preferred.
• Three to five years of administrative and/or operational support (preferably in a health care setting).
• Workday experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365)
• Customer service/patient relations skills and written communication skills including drafting and editing letters, reports, and presentations. Numerical aptitude with some billing experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Salary Range:

$37.24 - $55.85 USD Hour
