Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors while supporting daily administrative and office operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.Schedule: Monday –Friday | 7: 30 AM –4: 00 PMResponsibilities·Greet employees and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contact or department·Pick up, drop off, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily·Order and manage office supplies within a monthly budget·Coordinate employee uniforms, including placing orders, communicating with the uniform vendor, and balancing invoices·Collect temporary employee hours, submit them to the appropriate staffing agency, and reconcile weekly invoices·Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee room;monitor and order supplies as needed·Ensure the foyer remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times·Prepare and stock appropriate PPE for visitors and facility tours·Assemble new hire orientation binders as needed
