We are a fast-paced, team-oriented company looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping others succeed, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

Position Summary

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to support both our Sales Team and Office Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety-one hour you may be helping prepare sales proposals, and the next you may be assisting with scheduling, customer communication, or administrative projects.

This position helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks during our busiest seasons.

What You'll Do

Sales Support

• Prepare and send customer proposals and follow-up emails
• Enter and update leads in our CRM
• Schedule sales appointments
• Follow up on outstanding estimates
• Request online reviews from customers
• Create and organize sales reports
• Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date

Office Support

• Answer phones and assist customers
• Schedule repair appointments
• Process paperwork and digital files
• Assist with employee onboarding paperwork
• Order office supplies
• Help maintain company records and documentation
• Support special projects as assigned
• Assist with billing and administrative tasks
• Help coordinate company events and team activities

Administrative Projects

• Create checklists and procedures
• Organize digital files in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Assist with data entry and reporting
• Help improve office processes
• Learn new software and help implement improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of office, administrative, customer service, or sales support experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Comfortable learning CRM and scheduling software
• Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
