Job Description
Our client is seeking a experienced Office Lead to assist with the day-to-day operations of our practice under management supervision. This hands-on position requires training in both front- and back-office functions, overseeing staff and scheduling surgeries, and providing coverage when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist front- and back-office staff.
- Offer staff coverage as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and assist with write-ups.
- Process payroll and track timekeeping/PTO as needed.
- Support hiring, training, and staff development efforts.
- Facilitate smooth clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other policies.
Qualifications:
- Medical office experience.
- Familiarity with surgery scheduling and insurance authorizations (preferred)
- Understanding of front and back office operations.
- Experience with payroll and performance management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
