From managing vendors and office logistics to handling administrative and project-based tasks, you'll play a critical role in keeping the team focused, organized, and moving forward.

This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who is comfortable shifting between strategic support and hands-on execution, and who takes pride in creating structure within a growing environment.

Maintain a welcoming, organized, and high-functioning office environment

Who you are and what you'll need for this position:

3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or operations in a startup or fast-paced environment

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting priorities as business needs evolve

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives with autonomy

Experience supporting senior leadership or executives preferred

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems

Must be able to work full-time in-office in Los Angeles (near Chinatown area)

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $83,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
