Job Description

Office Manager for 11 provider Cardiology clinic in North Little Rock.

- Managing 30 employees including Clinical staff/techs, Front Office Staff and Billing staff.

-Timeclock verification, PTO additions

-Time off requests/coordinating coverage, disciplinary action when necessary

-Annual performance evaluations

- Running Volume and Scheduling reports in EPIC

-Oversight/understanding of billing process

-JCAHO compliance

-Physician liaison between physicians and Administration

Healthcare management required

Cardiology experience preferred
