What You'll Do

• Manage facility collections, including private pay, copays, and share of cost
• Work directly with residents and families to collect payments and answer billing questions
• Set up and monitor payment plans when needed
• Ensure insurance information is accurate and updated in a timely manner
• Support new admissions by verifying insurance coverage and eligibility
• Communicate clearly about billing timelines to avoid surprises for residents
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of business office or collections experience (healthcare setting preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and Hospice billing
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable is a plus
• Familiarity with PointClickCare is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
