Job Description
Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the need for customized space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more around our customer’s needs. We have been in business for 43 years and have locations across the country. The Knoxville area has been open for 3 years and is the fastest growing location in the 66-store network! As such, we are in need of an Office Manager to lead critical administrative functions within the company.
Our mission requires robust sales, production, installation and administrative functions. The Office Manager is in a unique position to tie these critical functions together. Our office is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and the ability to multitask. There is a high level of responsibility synchronizing sales, production and installation functions to meet customer needs. You will coordinate installation scheduling, payment, payroll, ordering and tracking functions. Closet Factory fosters a “Team” oriented atmosphere where challenges are handled as a group. Clients need to be handled with care, so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage customer appointment schedules for Sales, Service Calls and Installations
Collaborate closely with Production on required lead times
Execute and track ordering functions for customer projects
Run Payroll in Quickbooks
Train new Designers on paperwork processing
Manage CRM database, SalesForce
Problem resolution with clients
Collect/process payments from core and retail partner clients
Run company required reports (Royalty, service call, lead sourse analysys, etc)
Required Qualifications:
Leadership experience = 2+ years
Customer Service experience = 3+ years
Good organization skills
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Quickbooks accounting or similar payroll software
Be on time
