Join a growing design-build and land development company in Monmouth, OR where quality, integrity, and execution are at the center of everything they do. This Office Manager / Bookkeeper role supports daily office operations and bookkeeping while partnering closely with leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to modernize systems, improve workflows, and help shape stronger accounting practices for the future.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Office Manager / Bookkeeper position include:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant bookkeeping, accounting, office management, or administrative finance experience (5+ years ideal).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning and using web-based software platforms.
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to manage deadlines tied to payroll, AP, and other office/accounting functions.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and bookkeeping functions.
  • Support accounts payable, payroll-related deadlines, and other recurring accounting deliverables.
  • Enter and classify expenses accurately, including understanding the difference between capitalized costs and expenses.
  • Assist with construction-related accounting needs, including job costing and project-related financial tracking.

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year plus bonus, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: The company offers a flexible schedule, paid holidays, and two weeks of vacation/PTO prorated during the first year; a healthcare stipend may be possible depending on candidate needs.
