Job Description

Flatrock is looking for an Office Manager for our lawncare and maintenance company, Total Care- This is a temporary position with the possibility of it moving into a full-time role- This position will start June 1st and will last 4-6 months with possibly continuing longer. Key Responsibilities:

Support Maintenance Supervisor and Project Manager with daily administrative tasks
Maintain and organize records, reports, and maintenance documentation
Prepare and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of work orders
Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Coordinate communication between maintenance and upper management team
Complete and track maintenance-related paperwork for all Flatrock locations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of office management experience required, in lawncare/maintenance a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
