• Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures, policies, and workflow systems.*
• Maintain office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.*
• Coordinate IT support and technology needs.*
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable in collaboration with accounting staff or vendors.*
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control initiatives.*
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor and HR policies.*
• Negotiate vendor contracts (supplies, equipment leasing, cleaning services, etc.)

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment highly preferred.*
• Strong knowledge of office procedures, billing systems, and practice management software *
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.*
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.*
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.*
• MS Office experience*
• 2+ years of general accounting experience*
• Clean personal credit
