Kim IP Law Group LLC is actively seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support its growing intellectual property law practice in Voorhees, New Jersey.This role is a key leadership position within the firm, responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The Office Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving scalability, enhancing financial performance, and ensuring organizational alignment with the firm’s strategic vision.We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, efficiency, and forward-thinking systems to a fast-paced legal environment—someone who understands how to support attorneys, elevate client service, and contribute to long-term firm growth.Key Responsibilities* Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions * Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability * Support financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking * Manage and enhance law firm systems, technology, and workflows * Ensure high standards of client service and internal coordination * Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives * Supervise and support administrative staffQualifications * Prior experience in a law firm environment required (IP law strongly preferred) * Experience as an IP or Patent Paralegal highly preferred * Strong command of law firm technology, software, and systems * Proven leadership and team management experience * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive executionCore Competencies * Strategic Execution * Operational Excellence * Financial Leadership * Process Design & Optimization * Legal Industry Knowledge * Data-Driven Decision Making * Leadership & Team Development
This is a unique opportunity to join an established and growing practice based in New Jersey and work with an experienced legal team. The position is a full-time position based in our NJ office.
