Position Overview

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and manage our small office. This in-office role requires outstanding customer service skills, phone communication, and data entry expertise.

What to Expect

Full-time hours (40 hours per week)Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts in April and May.
Work Location: Fort Collins, CO office.
Benefits: Paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, and a Simple IRA with company match.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
Answer calls, emails and texts from customers and field technicians.
Provide service information and resolve customer issues.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle calls efficiently.
Accurate data entry to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
Process payment transactions securely.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Google Suite, calendar tools, and Excel.
Ability to learn new systems like our CRM software.
Strong customer retention skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements

Customer Service.
Strong telecommunication skills.
Data entry experience, strong typing skills

Compensation: $30-35 per hour, depending on experience.
