Office Manager Medical Practoce Silver Spring, MD Pay From: $30 per hour MUST: Experienced Medical Office Manager 7+ years of medical office experience 3+ years of recent office management experience Hiring, training, managing and onboarding staff Handling employee relations Completing insurance claims Credentialing of physicians Medical Billing experience Handling reconciliations Handling insurance verifications Experience with OSHA and HIPPA regulations Must have experience with billing and reconciliations EPIC EMR Bachelors DegreeDUTIES: The Medical Practice Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Recruit, train and manage staff Onboard new employees Handle credentialing of physicians Scheduling and coordinating appointments Verifying patient insurance Complete and submit insurance claims Oversee billing, coding, and collections Schedule appointments Maintain medical records Reconcile account information Pay office bills Submit billing statements to patients Delegate responsibilities Assess employee performance Perform data entry and processing Develop and implement office policies and procedures Maintain and order office inventory Provide educational material for patients Document and update patient information in Epic EMRQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
