Practice Manager - Healthcare Fairfax VA Pay From: $37 Per hour MUST: The Medical Office Supervisor must have the following: 8+years of recent medical office management experience Experience managing 15+ front office and medical billing staff members Handling and overseeing insurance verifications, billing and collections Hiring and training staff Implementing disciplinary action and handling employee relations Working with billing staff to maximize reimbursements Medical Billing and Collections experience Creating financial reports Bachelors Degree The Duties of the Medical Office Manager include but are not limited to the following: Develop policies and procedures Oversee the front office as well as medical billing and collections Recruit, train and manage all staff including front office, medical records and billing staff Handle any duties as needed including verifying insurance, processing billings, and handling collections Direct staff with maximizing reimbursements Create financial reports Recruit, train and manage administrative healthcare staff Handle employee relations and required disciplinary actions Oversee business office equipment, and office supplies Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
