We specialize in the sale and installation of window film products for Auto, Home, and Office markets in addition to other services. IMMEDIATE OPENING!Job Description:All Pro Window Films is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrator.Those seeking to apply for this position must have experience in the following:
- Minimum of 5 years directly working with "Quickbooks".
- Payroll.
- Sales Tax Filings.
- Scanning documents to a cloud system.
- Organizing files and file systems.
- Contract review, signing, filing.
- Filing of Warranties and warranty claims.
- New Employee onboarding.
- Invoicing and money collection.
- Having your notary is a plus but not required, may have to attend a notary class.
- Experience in Google Drive/Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
- We offer a very competitive salary/hourly pay based on your work history and experience.
- Benefits are available including paid holidays, health insurance, and paid vacation.
- PTO is also available.
