Titan Factory Direct is hiring a highly organized, detail-focused professional to manage the administrative and financial coordination of home sales inside our Manufactured Home dealership.

The Role
You will serve as the operational backbone - ensuring every deal is complete, compliant, documented correctly, and processed efficiently.
This is a process-driven role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong organizational discipline.
Core Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage finance and closing documents
Process loan files and coordinate with lenders
Maintain compliant, audit-ready deal files
Handle billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping support
Schedule contractors and track timelines
Ensure documentation accuracy before funding
Support office systems and workflow organization

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Office management, loan processing, or bookkeeping experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Salary + Performance Bonuses (Potential $42,000-$70,000 annually)
