Salary Range: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems with new hire information, changes, and terminations.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll support role.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a significant plus.
Solid understanding of basic HR principles and payroll processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
