The Swab Agency is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Office Representative to join our Farm Bureau Insurance team. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong people skills, and a desire to learn and grow.

What You'll DoAs an Office Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Help schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
- Assist with customer inquiries and connect clients with the appropriate insurance solutions.
- Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on available options.
- Support agency marketing and lead-generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
- Work closely with team members to provide a professional and friendly customer experience.
