Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Office Services & Hospitality CoordinatorAtlanta, GA (Onsite)3+ Month Contract (temp to perm)M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Accountable for daily operations of a single-person site, serving as the primary customer-facing contact for executive administrative teams, including C-suite.Supports office services, mailroom, and administrative functions while ensuring service excellence, event coordination, and workspace management in a high-visibility environment.Responsibilities Perform contracted office services: copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail Manage daily operations of mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility; operate PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, and mail/imaging equipment Handle shipping, receiving, mail delivery, and processing Provide formal daily customer interaction and maintain professional communication Coordinate conference rooms, A/V setup, special events, and space relocations Support reception, switchboard, and courier services as needed Create and complete work orders; monitor contractors, perform inspections, and report facility issues Coordinate with vendors, facility management, and occupants Manage office supply inventory and reordering Collect data and prepare reports, including monthly reporting with leadership support Ensure service level agreements and cost efficiency (materials and supplies) are met Implement and follow service excellence programs Maintain positive internal working relationships Lift and move tables, chairs, boxes, and equipment (up to 50 lbs) Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of related experience (B2B and/or technical) 1+ year of customer-facing experience required Basic technical aptitude and ability to operate office equipment/software efficiently Moderate problem-solving and tactical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment Basic written and verbal communication skills Ability to present to small groups Ability to meet service expectations and financial responsibilities Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national origin, veteran or disability status.
