Job Description
Office Services Clerk/Runner
Elam & Burke is seeking a dependable, professional Runner to support our downtown Boise law office with daily errands and general office assistance. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off mail daily
- Hand-deliver documents to the courthouse and other local offices
- Provide backup support at the front desk, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Run office errands, including trips for groceries and supplies
- Assist with general office tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing
- Perform light cleaning and help keep the office organized
- Perform occasional moderate lifting as needed
Requirements
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Proof of current automobile insurance (insured personal vehicle required)
- Professional demeanor with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
