Tech (Office/Therapy)
Come work at Sensory Kids Therapy Clinic. We are looking to hire a part-time tech who can float between an office tech and a therapy tech to help us keep growing. Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- Scheduling appointments
- Restocking depleted supplies
- Maintaining a clean waiting room
- Assisting therapists during treatment sessions
- Transporting clients to and from sessions
- Ensure all treatment areas are cleaned between clients
- Organize supplies
- Making copies, laminating, and prepping rooms for therapy
- Sanitize equipment (toys/games/gym)
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
- Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Likes to work with the pediatric population and their families
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Dedication to maintaining the confidentiality of all patient records
Requirements:
- High School Degree
- Empathy for patients
- Good communication skills
- Physical fitness (enough to lift clients and help move them)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic administrative skills
