Position: Oil & Gas Attorney

I am partnering directly with leadership at a well-respected energy-focused litigation firm known for representing sophisticated clients in complex energy disputes, including trials and arbitration. The firm is looking for oil and gas litigators in both San Antonio and Houston. This firm offers attorneys direct exposure to substantive energy litigation matters, a collegial and supportive culture, and a clear opportunity to build a long-term career within a respected, industry-focused litigation practice.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

What We Need

• 3–7 years of experience with a primary focus on oil and gas litigation preferred

• Previous oil and gas litigation experience is required

• Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, discovery, and case strategy

• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate with senior litigators

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

What You'll Do

• Handle oil and gas litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex energy disputes

• Support trial and arbitration preparation alongside experienced energy litigators

• Work directly with firm leadership on strategy for significant client matters
