Permanent Hire | Flexible Location (REMOTE) | High Autonomy | Diverse Multi-Basin Work

We are actively hiring multiple attorneys across title and probate work.

Practice Areas & Work

  • Primary focus: Oil & gas title work, including opinions and curative matters.
  • Basin exposure:
  • Core states: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota
  • Additional work: Utah, Oklahoma
  • Some limited matters: Ohio, Pennsylvania
  • Small transactional component: Occasional JOA or contract review (approx. 5%).
  • Dedicated Probate Work: → Actively seeking a full-time Probate Attorney with interest in probate matters related to oil & gas.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prefer 3+ of oil & gas title experience (needs Texas exp - required)
  • Will consider 2.5+ years, especially those seeking Texas basin exposure.
  • Landman experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong legal writer — the firm conducts a writing assessment as part of the hiring process.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable with technology.
  • Open to candidates in any location or barred in any jurisdiction.
