We are actively hiring multiple attorneys across title and probate work.

Practice Areas & Work
- Primary focus: Oil & gas title work, including opinions and curative matters.
- Basin exposure:
- Core states: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota
- Additional work: Utah, Oklahoma
- Some limited matters: Ohio, Pennsylvania
- Small transactional component: Occasional JOA or contract review (approx. 5%).
- Dedicated Probate Work: → Actively seeking a full-time Probate Attorney with interest in probate matters related to oil & gas.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prefer 3+ of oil & gas title experience (needs Texas exp - required)
- Will consider 2.5+ years, especially those seeking Texas basin exposure.
- Landman experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong legal writer — the firm conducts a writing assessment as part of the hiring process.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable with technology.
- Open to candidates in any location or barred in any jurisdiction.
