Oil Change Technician

NO Evenings or Weekends!Monday-Friday - 7:30AM-5:30PM!Fully Air Conditioned/Heated Shop!

As an Express Lane Technician, you will be responsible for completing oil changes, fluid fill-ups, and tire rotations, and inspecting vehicles for necessary repairs or maintenance. We would prefer a candidate with at least 6 months of previous experience in fluid changes, tire service, or vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations on a variety of vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for necessary repairs or maintenance
• Communicate with service advisors about a vehicle's needs
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Complete all training, paperwork, and necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Punctuality and consistent work attendance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills through training and hands-on experience.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment, free from unlawful harassment or discrimination.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work in confined spaces and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to bend, kneel, and squat, and use either or both arms for reaching in all directions. High grip strength, neck flexion and extension, and cervical rotation.
