Thisexempt, non-tip-eligible role is responsible for hiring, training, and staffing FOH teammembers, ensuring smooth execution of fast-paced service, and maintaining highstandards of safety, sanitation, airport compliance, and hospitality. Financial & Cost Controls: Assist restaurant leadership with daily cost controls,including labor optimization, supplies, and operating expenses. Facilities Coordination: Ensure terminal facilities and equipment are properlymaintained; monitor cleanliness and coordinate with leadership to addresstechnical equipment triage and maintenance. Shift Leadership: Lead pre-shift meetings, provide in-the-moment coaching toFOH team members, and step in to lead shifts independently in the GeneralManager's absence. Systems Execution: Support the implementation of company systems,checklists, and training programs to maintain operational consistency and brandstandards. BOH Collaboration: Partner closely with Back of House (BOH) leadership toensure seamless communication, timing, and execution between FOH and BOH.Qualifications Airport Badging: Must be able to successfully pass the required federalbackground screening and fingerprinting process mandated by DenverInternational Airport to secure and maintain a DEN airport badge. Experience: 2-4 years of progressive restaurant management or leadershipexperience required. Experience in a high-volume airport, hotel, or complexhospitality environment is strongly preferred. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and develop diverse FOH teamswhile inspiring accountability. Operational Standards: Strong knowledge of guest service, food safety,sanitation, and high-volume airport operational standards. Financial Acumen: Solid financial savvy with experience in cost control, producttracking, and labor scheduling.
