Omaha Country Club is a premier, private Club offering our members and their guests an exceptional experience through our fine dining restaurant and event spaces, championship golf course, tennis facility, pool, and superb amenities. Providing outstanding customer service to our members is our goal each and every day.
Omaha Country Club is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to work in our Course Bars on the golf course! Instead of a mobile beverage cart, you will be serving members snacks and beverages in our covered buildings, complete with restrooms and a nice summer breeze overlooking the beautiful golf course.
JOB DUTIES
Greet members and guests with a friendly and accommodating demeanor while serving snacks and beverages.
Accurately enter transaction information into the computerized POS system.
Notify shift supervisor regarding inventory depletions/requirements.
Enjoy working outside (building is open on one side).
Abide by all state and federal regulations and policies for serving alcoholic beverages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Genuine desire to provide the utmost in service excellence.
Exhibits a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
A natural team player with a friendly, optimistic, can-do attitude.
Self-motivated, understands the importance of being efficient and keeping busy.
Able to multi-task and problem-solve while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and very organized.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and be able to lift 30 pounds.
Must be fluent in English.
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Ability to safely operate a golf cart.
Must be punctual, have reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation.
Must be able to abide by the OCC Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Policy.
SCHEDULE
Full-time and part-time positions available. April through October availability preferred.
OCC offers flexible scheduling. This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
OCC offers employment opportunities in other departments inside the Clubhouse when weather becomes inclement in the fall.
COMPENSATION
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
Hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided.
