We are currently seeking On Call Hospice Nurses!

Enjoy a balanced 7 days on - 7 days off schedule!

Are you a dedicated nurse with a passion for providing compassionate care? AdvisaCare is looking for qualified On Call Hospice Nurses to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our Hospice Team, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to those in need.

Your responsibilities will include: Triage patient calls, conduct patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and manage admissions as required.

Requirements

Current state RN License in good standing
Previous experience in hospice care is preferred but not mandatory
Strong empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families
Willingness to participate in field visits and attend weekly meetings
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and conditions while on call
