On-Site Service Specialist

Pay rate: $18.00- $19.50/hr Hours: 7:30am- 4:00pm Location: Salt Lake City, UT Temp to hire Summary:

• The position would require this person to sort mail that comes in daily to the correct mail stops within the building, deliver the mail and packages to the different mail stops within the building, package and create shipping labels for different packages we sent both internally and externally.
• Help when needed with finishing and printing within the printing department.
• A candidate that has previous mail room experience or even previous printing experience would be ideal. Will be expected to walk around a building, lifting packages on occasion up to 50lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Requires valid driver s license and minimum levels of auto insurance company
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
