The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO based in Norway committed to educating and thereby empowering disadvantaged girls.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project: “Together for Ukraine”.

Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100.000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

As the Onboarding Class Coordinator for language teachers, you're the key player in making sure our new educators seamlessly integrate into our organization. Your mission is to ensure our language teachers feel confident and ready to provide top-notch education. You'll be the ultimate collaborator, working closely with various teams to ensure this teacher onboarding journey goes off without a hitch.

Role Scope

  • Coordinate training on classroom management and teaching techniques.
  • Provide guidance on organization policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires to answer questions and provide support.
  • Follow up with new hires to ensure they are fully integrated into the organization and meet their performance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee onboarding and training.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders involved in the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Experience in onboarding, training, or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes, and implement tools and software to make workflows more efficient.
  • Experience in a multicultural team is an advantage.
