ONC Concierge

Las Ventanas, a Human Good community, located in Las Vegas, Nevada

ONC- Holiday + Weekend availability MUST (8a-5p) with opportunity for more hours as on-call - $17 to $20.50 per hour depending on experience.

The primary role of the Concierge is to provide excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors at HumanGood. In this position you would share information in person or on the telephone, perform general clerical and light administrative duties. You will be expected to ensure that a resident’s privacy, rights, and safety are always maintained. This role is very fast paced with a high volume of work! 

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior clerical/administrative work experience.
• Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying, etc.
• Holiday availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
