Job Description
- Availability: Late January/February
- Schedule: Initial commitment 6 months, full time > 4 10-hour shifts Monday - Thursday
- Active Licenses: OR, WA (WA at time of start, compact state) DEA s in both states as well.
- Board Certifications: Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- Patients Per Day: 10-12, 10 follow up visits > 30-minute appointments, 2 new patient visits > 1-hour appointments
- EMR: Cerner Community Works, EPIC through OHSU
- Supporting Staff: Physician Provider has a dedicated Nurse Navigator and Medical Assistant
- Other Onsite Team: 2 Pharmacists, Social Worker, Register Dietitian, Infusion Nurses
- Onsite Services: Lab, PET/CT weekly, Radiation Therapy, Infusion, Pharmacy
