Job Description

Job Title: Radiation Oncology Specialist Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Radiation Oncology Specialist and make a meaningful impact on patient care. In this vital role, you will provide expert radiation oncology services, ensuring high-quality treatment and compassionate support for patients during their cancer journey. Valid radiation oncology license/certification in the applicable state
Proven proficiency in delivering radiation therapy treatments
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient care standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Attention to detail and strong clinical judgment

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with advanced radiation therapy techniques (e.g., IMRT, VMAT, SBRT)
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient oncology setting
Certification in radiation safety or related specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master s degree in Radiation Oncology, Medical Physics, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of clinical radiation oncology experience in a healthcare setting

Other Requirements:

Must hold valid licensure and certifications as required by state and federal agencies
Willingness to travel if required for specific patient care or training purposes
Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with healthcare standards
