Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist

Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Varied Shifts

A leading healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking an Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to join its growing pharmacy team. This position offers the opportunity to work across both inpatient and outpatient oncology services while helping optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus

  • Full-time

  • Varied shifts

  • Approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient

  • Hematology and thoracic oncology focus

  • Infusion pharmacy responsibilities

  • Patient care plan optimization

  • Medication order verification

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients.

  • Optimize medication regimens and patient care plans.

  • Support hematology and thoracic oncology services.

  • Participate in both inpatient and outpatient oncology care.

  • Provide infusion-related pharmacy services.

  • Verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Support medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree.

  • Appropriate Florida pharmacist licensure.

  • Oncology pharmacy experience preferred.

  • Clinical pharmacy experience strongly preferred.

  • Cerner experience preferred but not required.

  • Epic experience is a plus.

  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
