Taylor Management is excited to announce an opening for an Onsite Community Manager, who will be instrumental in fostering a thriving community atmosphere. This role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the community while enhancing the resident experience. Annual Salary is $85,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the community, including maintenance, budgets, and communications with residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Plan and coordinate community events that promote engagement and interaction among residents.
- Prepare and present reports to the board, including community status updates and budget proposals.
- Ensure compliance with community rules, regulations, and governing documents.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property or community management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of homeowner association operations and regulations is preferred.
- Certifications such as CMCA or AMS are a bonus.
