Job Description:

• Manage the end to end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Oversee quality management processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and client expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive risk and crisis management strategies.
• Control project scope and change management, ensuring changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented without scope creep.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to track milestones, progress, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead resource management efforts by allocating and optimizing team members based on project needs, skillsets, and priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive benefits management by defining, tracking, and realizing project benefits aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure consistent adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across all project activities.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, execution, and delivery.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports, escalating issues and risks to senior leadership as required.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members, strengthening delivery capabilities and execution maturity.
