Job Description
Project ManagerThis is a vital role with a well-established top ENR organization within the General Contracting industry. The company is recognized for delivering high-quality projects and specializes in complex, innovative sectors such as Mission Critical, Aviation, and Healthcare. They offer market-leading benefits and a very reliable culture. They are currently expecting well over $1B in revenue this year, with no signs of slowing down as the Data Center market continues to increase in demand and urgency.The Project Manager will:Provide overall leadership to specified scopes and project teams
Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.Establish, communicate, and implement the Project ScheduleManage budget and financial reporting

Experience with Mission Critical work is required for immediate considerationOSHA certification preferred
Proficient in project management software
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to travel nationwide for large-scale projects
