Job Summary:

Don Thornton Cadillac, a premier luxury car dealership in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a highly motivated individual for an Open Application position. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and options to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
• Complete all necessary paperwork and follow-up with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory buying experience
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and competitive offerings
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers at all times
• Follow dealership policies and procedures and comply with all legal and ethical requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
