Opening Cook

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, preparing fresh and delectable meals that keep our customers coming back for more. The position involves crafting breakfast and lunch offerings in a fast-paced environment, where your culinary skills will be showcased from the moment we open. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast and lunch dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean workspace, following sanitation protocols throughout your shift.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely meal preparation.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers and addressing their needs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cooking duties.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a cooking or culinary role is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and produce quality meals quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work early morning hours and weekends.
