Producción
- Ayuda en las áreas de producción para cumplir con el programa diario.
- Se comunica bien con el equipo para mantener las líneas funcionando correctamente.
- Detiene la línea si hay problemas de equipo, calidad o seguridad.
- Realiza los cambios de línea rápido y correctamente.
- Reporta cualquier problema de mantenimiento de inmediato.
- Sigue y apoya el sistema de calidad de APEX.
- Informa y ayuda a resolver problemas de calidad.
- Cumple con los procedimientos de limpieza y sanitización.
- Mantiene un área de trabajo segura.
- Reporta y ayuda a solucionar riesgos o problemas de seguridad.
- Puede rotar en diferentes posiciones de la línea.
- Apoya los procesos para eliminar desperdicios.
- Usa herramientas lean para mejorar el trabajo.
- Mantiene el área organizada y limpia siguiendo el sistema 5S.
- Puntualidad, confiabilidad y actitud profesional.
