This could be the opportunity you've been looking for as we are looking for an Operating Partner to help grow and scale the existing studio.About BODY20BODY20 is a boutique fitness concept that combines one-on-one personal training with FDA-cleared Electro-Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. A 20-minute BODY20 workout delivers the equivalent muscle engagement of hours spent in a conventional gym so members can build muscle and burn calories, without need for heavy weights so it's easy on the joints.EMS technology activates up to 90% of muscle fibers during training, making it an effective solution for many people including:
- Busy professionals and parents
- Individuals seeking to lose weight and build strength, without needing to spend hours in a gym
- Adults wanting to maintain muscle mass, without placing stress on the joints
- Those recovering from injury or who cannot use a regular gym with heavy weights
The opportunityUnlike starting up from scratch, the studio is fully operational with a loyal base of members that are seeing great results. The business needs help primarily with organic/grassroots marketing and sales as EMS is still not yet widely known in the US as it is in other countries.The ideal partner would have previous experience and a passion for:
- Sales and business development — never take "no" for an answer; build relationships, generate referrals, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into long-term members.
- Marketing and community outreach — strong connections in the community; enjoy networking, building partnerships, attending local events, and creating grassroots awareness that drives growth
- Team leadership and management — create a high-performance culture; inspire, coach, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Customer experience and relationship building — genuinely care about people; create exceptional member experiences that drive retention, referrals, and life-changing results
Previous fitness experience is not required -- just a passion to help transform lives and an entrepreneurial growth driven mindset.A win-win partnership and ownership equity structure will be discussed after confirming mutual fit. Similar to typical business ownership, your investment will involve either / some combination of sweat equity and upfront capital investment to align incentives.
