Salary: $66,000/year + 10% Profit Share Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

Minimum Experience: Prior leadership experience in food service required

Job Description:

Slim Chickens in Minot is seeking a results-driven and experienced Operating Partner to lead our restaurant team and drive business success. This role is ideal for a seasoned manager who's ready to take full ownership of operations, team development, and guest satisfaction - with the added benefit of a profit-sharing bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, service, and cleanliness

  • Lead financial performance by managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving sales
