Job Description:
Slim Chickens in Minot is seeking a results-driven and experienced Operating Partner to lead our restaurant team and drive business success. This role is ideal for a seasoned manager who's ready to take full ownership of operations, team development, and guest satisfaction - with the added benefit of a profit-sharing bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, service, and cleanliness
Lead financial performance by managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving sales
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a strong, service-focused culture
Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies
