Job Description:
Taco John's in Minot is hiring a driven and experienced Operating Partner to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, guest satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, staffing, and service standards
Lead and coach team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage inventory
