Job Description
Position Overview
An experienced Operating Room RN to join the Surgical Services "I CARE" team. This role provides comprehensive perioperative care—including pre-op, OR circulating, and post-anesthesia care (PACU)—for pediatric and adult patients, along with required after-hours PACU call coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform OR circulating duties across a variety of surgical procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care across pre-op, OR, and PACU settings.
- Deliver specialized post-anesthesia care to both adult and pediatric patient populations.
- Provide scheduled on-call PACU coverage for after-hours care needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or a valid Compact Multistate RN license.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in perioperative/OR settings required.
- Required Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
