CHS Travel:(RN) / Operating Room (OR)- DAYS @ Susitna Surgery Center URGENT NEED -Susitna Surgery Center OR CIRCULATOR Palmer, AK SHIFT DAYS- 7A-4P NO CALL NO FLOATING NO BLOCK SCHEDULING NO 48 HOUR RTO BLACKOUT -HOLIDAYS REQUIREMENTS: RN LICENSURE BLS ACLS PALS PREFERRED BUT FACILITY WILL HELP CANDIDATE GET 3 years' experience CIRCULATING EXPERIENCE REQ ENT, GI, GYN, UROLOGY, ORTHO cases BEDS - 3 (2 ORs and 1 procedure room) SCRUBS - GREEN EMR - HST TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION. DO NOT INCLUDE SSN ON THE SUB EMAIL OR PACKET. MUST INCLUDE SSN ON CANDIDATE'S TAX PAGE. TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY#ORRN1#TB_RN
