Job Description

Operating Room Registered NurseJoin our dynamic healthcare team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse and play a vital role in delivering exceptional surgical care. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about patient safety and surgical excellence. This position offers a challenging and rewarding environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and recovery.Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Proficiency in robotic surgery, neuro, plastics, and orthopedic procedures
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
Flexibility to float to other surgical specialties as needed
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotations
Ability to work night shifts (4x10-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in cardiovascular surgeries
Familiarity with various surgical technologies and equipment
Additional certifications such as CNOR or relevant specialized training

Preferred Education and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Prior experience in high-volume surgical centers or hospitals with complex procedures
Experience working with diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary teams

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to work weekend rotations and on-call shifts (rotating weekends and late days)
Eligible for licensure and certification reimbursements
Must adhere to hospital and departmental policies, including dress code and safety protocols
