Job Description

Seeking a Highly Skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to Join Our Dynamic Medical TeamOverview:Join our esteemed healthcare organization as an Operating Room Registered Nurse, where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and surgical success. Minimum of 3 years of circulating experience in the operating room
Proficiency in ophthalmology (adult and pediatric), pediatric orthopedics, general pediatrics, and pediatric ENT procedures
Extensive EPIC electronic medical records experience
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stakes surgical settings
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to accept on-call responsibilities and emergency team assignments when needed

Nice to Have Skills:

Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR)
Experience with complex pediatric surgeries
Prior experience in a hospital setting with diverse surgical cases
Ability to adapt to rapid changes and unpredictable situations

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
At least 3 years of OR circulating experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
Previous experience working with EPIC EMR systems

Other Requirements:

Must be comfortable with emergency team assignments and extended shifts
Willingness to report for duty during emergency events as directed
Licensure and certifications up-to-date
Ability to reliably work scheduled shifts, including D12 0615 - 1845, day shifts, three days per week
No first-time travelers accepted for this position
